Return Policy

Guarantee/Returns

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason.  We want you to be 100% happy with the baby gifts you purchase for the new special baby in your life.

If you need to return something, please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.  Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We will accept authorized returns within 20 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging, and a copy of the original receipt.  Please note, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.  Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from MyDiaperCakeStore.com

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.  However, please allow up to an additional 5 days for personalized items.

Shipping

MyDiaperCakeStore.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.  We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO, FPO and International addresses.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New Jersey (7%).
